MailAgent is as easy-to-use as any of your favorite email clients. It provides complete functionality for composing, reading and organizing emails.
Mailbox
Includes all of the functions necessary for reading, composing and organizing emails. The screen shows four areas: Messages List, Toolbar, Mailbox Folders and the Preview Pane.
Address Book
Lists your contacts in personal and imported address books. The Address Book is separated into three areas: Directories and Groups, Contact List and Contact Details.
Settings
The preferences and appearance of Qmail can be adjusted using the settings tab, including managing folders, sender identities, and canned responses.

Click the icon to show your different email accounts and to quickly switch accounts.
Attach DMS files to emails and share with SmartShare
Most email services limit the sizes of attachments. When using MailAgent, you can share any file (regardless of file size) from your DMS by using “SmartShare” links. These links allow recipients to directly access shared files, making it quick and easy to attach and share large files that would be restricted by most email providers.

With AtSearch, you can customize search criteria (such as date, attachment, sender, recipient, etc) or use a full-text search engine to quickly find files and emails.
Use MailAgent on your mobile device
The MailClient companion app (for iOS® and Android™) allows you to quickly check multiple email accounts, and to browse & send emails using MailAgent on your AtSearch DMS. Notifications are sent to your mobile device when new emails arrive or if connection errors occur.
